Course Overview

Small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) is an aggressive malignancy with historically limited therapeutic progress. Recently, however, new therapeutic combinations and treatments are changing the treatment paradigm, improving survival, and bringing hope to the tens of thousands who receive a diagnosis of SCLC each year.

This on-demand video webcast will cover:

  • Efficacy and safety data from recently approved SCLC therapies and combinations, phase 3 data evaluating first-line maintenance with PD-L1 inhibition plus a novel alkylator
  • Long-term efficacy from practice-changing immunotherapy combinations
  • Practical guidance for recognizing and managing immune-related adverse events
  • Promising approaches including using B7-H3–directed antibody-drug conjugates and DLL3-targeted bispecific antibodies

As systemic therapy options expand, it is critical that providers remain current on evolving data to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
