A seasonal update on the treatment and management of influenza for clinicians.
Johns Hopkins eInfluenza Review™ is a monthly CME-accredited email newsletter that provides a regular update on influenza treatment and management for primary care physicians, internists, infectious disease specialists, nurses, and pharmacists.
The program, launched in 2006, has over 4000 registrants, including 28% of all U.S. infectious disease specialists.
Topics for review have included: the use of antiviral agents, CDC recommendations for vaccines and “social distancing”, epidemiologic and infection control, and information about new strains, including pandemic influenza.
The program is accredited for physicians and nurses.
eInfluenza Review was supported by an educational grant from Roche Laboratories.
